HOW DO I EXCUSE MY CHILD?

• For an ALL DAY ABSENCE, you can submit online via ParentVue in the browser or app.

• You can also leave a message on the Attendance Line at (248) 726-5710.  For Partial Day Absence the ONLY option is to call, press 1 when prompted and leave a message.  For a Full Day Absence, press 2 when prompted.

 

LEAVING EARLY

• When it is necessary for a student to leave school early, a parent must call the attendance office and leave a message requesting an early leave pass. The Attendance Line is (248) 726-5710.  CALLING EARLY WILL HELP ENSURE YOUR STUDENT IS READY WHEN NEEDED.

• Once we are notified, students can pick up their pass at the Attendance Window during passing time. This will allow them to leave their class at the designated time.

• At leaving time, students must check out at the Attendance Window in the Main Office. They will enter their Student ID on the laptop under “SIGN OUT”.  They exit out the main doors towards the bus loop.

 

LATE ARRIVAL

• Students arriving more than 10 minutes late (bell rings at 7:30am), should proceed to the Main Office, to the Attendance Window.

• Students should have their Student ID Card available, or the Student ID Number.

• Using the Laptop, students can use the barcode scanner OR type in the student ID number.

• In the dropdown box, choose the teacher they are going to and click “SIGN IN”.

• Take the printed pass to your class
