Visitors can enter off of Sheldon Rd. Visitor parking is located in the parking lot closest to the Cougar Stadium (lot-A) and parking spaces are marked accordingly.

We ask that you make an appointment before visiting the school. For an appointment with a counselor, please email Melissa Burcham or call at (248) 726-5707. To make an appointment with an administrator, please call the main line at 248-726-5700 or use the link below to request an appointment.

Main office appointment request

If you are coming up to the school to pick up your student during the school day, you will first need to contact the the main line at (248) 726-5700 to excuse your student. Come in off of Sheldon Rd. and wait in your car by the flagpoles in the bus loop. Your student will meet you at your car.

In order to volunteer, we must have an iChat form on file for the safety of our students and staff. Once you complete the form, please return it to Lori Cross, the principal's secretary.

HOW DO I EXCUSE MY CHILD?

• For an ALL DAY ABSENCE, you can submit online via ParentVue in the browser or app.

• You can also leave a message on the Attendance Line at (248) 726-5710.  For Partial Day Absence the ONLY option is to call, press 1 when prompted and leave a message.  For a Full Day Absence, press 2 when prompted.

 

LEAVING EARLY

• When it is necessary for a student to leave school early, a parent must call the attendance office and leave a message requesting an early leave pass. The Attendance Line is (248) 726-5710.  CALLING EARLY WILL HELP ENSURE YOUR STUDENT IS READY WHEN NEEDED.

• Once we are notified, students can pick up their pass at the Attendance Window during passing time. This will allow them to leave their class/school at the designated time.

• At leaving time, students must check out at the Attendance Window in the Main Office. They will enter their Student ID on the laptop under “SIGN OUT”.  They exit out the main doors towards the bus loop.

*NOTE- Only Seniors are allowed to leave for lunch. This is a privilege for other students to look forward to and parents should not call out their children for lunch purposes.

 

LATE ARRIVAL

• Students arriving more than 10 minutes late (bell rings at 7:30am), should proceed to the Main Office, to the Attendance Window.

• Students should have their Student ID Card available, or the Student ID Number.

• Using the Laptop, students can use the barcode scanner OR type in the student ID number.

• In the dropdown box, choose the teacher they are going to and click “SIGN IN”.
