SENIOR PHOTO INFORMATION
All seniors for the class of 2027 must get their YEARBOOK PHOTO taken by Kaiser Studio. This procedure is not only equitable for ALL students, it streamlines the process for parents, students, and the yearbook advisor. This service is free of charge to every single student.
Kaiser Studio will be taking senior yearbook photos August 7th, August 10th, and September 17th in the Stoney Creek High School MEDIA CENTER from 8am-4pm. You will be able to go online and schedule your senior’s appointment within the confines of those three days using the links below:

Please follow them on Instagram @stoneycreekyearbook for the most up-to-date information over the summer regarding senior photos.
If those dates do not work out for your senior, you will need to arrange a time to go to the studio no later than November 16, 2026. There is a $30 in-studio sitting fee for this service. Please make that appointment sooner than later as most schools in our area have similar deadlines and appointment times may be limited. Any student not photographed by November 16, 2026 will not be included in the senior section of the yearbook OR at honors convocation and graduation.
Once the photos are processed, students/parents will have the ability to choose their preferred photo by November 22, 2026, and then Kaiser will send the digital file to Stoney Creek High School for inclusion in the yearbook, the graduation video, and the class composite. There is nothing else that the student (or parent) needs to do. If no photo is chosen, the studio will select one and that photo will appear in the yearbook, on the class composite, and for honors convocation and graduation.
Please remember that this is a formal section of the yearbook. Students should be in a shirt and tie, collared shirt, dress, sweater, or blouse. All clothing needs to meet these specifications and the RCS dress code policy. If you need help obtaining proper attire, or you need more information regarding attire, please contact Mrs. Millard or your senior’s counselor.
Students and parents will still have the opportunity to go to their preferred choice of photographer, if it is not Kaiser Studio, for their other senior photos. While only the yearbook pose sitting fee is FREE OF CHARGE, Kaiser will be offering senior picture packages that can be purchased. You will receive marketing materials with those packages and pricing directly from Kaiser Studio.

SENIOR PICTURE RETAKES
If a senior is wanting a picture retake, there is a $15 retake fee and retakes must be done at the Troy studio. Students can schedule retakes using this link.

CLASS OF 2027 SCHOLARSHIP DONATIONS
We look forward to several milestone events that celebrate the class of 2027. These experiences—such as senior t-shirts and prom—are meaningful memories that we want every student to be able to enjoy.
We recognize that for some families, the cost of these events can be a financial challenge. To ensure that all seniors have the opportunity to participate fully, we are asking for donations to help support students who may need extra assistance with the cost of senior t-shirts and prom tickets. Any contribution, no matter what the amount, will go directly toward helping a senior take part in these important moments.
Donations are completely voluntary and will be handled discreetly so that all students are supported with dignity and care. You can also donate by dropping off a check made out to RCS in the main office. If there are any excess funds, they will be used to purchase donuts for the seniors’ last day of school and for next year’s seniors.
Suggested Donation Amounts: $10, $25, $50, $75, $100
